I'd say this doll for the year, but never in a position to which version of Barbie, that it really is. It is brown and has long blonde hair with honey and painted blue eyes. His legs are flexible, but the arms are in a position of L. It is definitely stuck Vintage ... maybe

It is also likely to Barbie, but they made some changes to the doll over the years. They tried to change its shape to make it appropriate, as it was. It was more natural somehow.
Some Barbie dolls have a big bow, and others have flat feet.

Sounds like a doll from Mattel Starr 1979th They were driven off the line like a Barbie Fashion Doll Action youth.
You can find more of them on eBay, usually hot pants in silver combinations, with a red shirt and jacket come. Starr is the most important wrist, and two friends, Tracey and Kelly, and a friend named Shaun.
