Can someone tell me what to get high-definition picture, and how I got this way?

I think it can lead to HDR, High Dynamic Range, in this case is to find the answer:

The most common method is to use a digital camera on a tripod and shoot three shots in the same scene, is a picture to see detail in the highlights underexposed, normally exposed and overexposed to show the shadow detail. The three images are imported (as a single layer) into a new image editing software (eg Photoshop). In the layer of shade-exposed areas selectively removed. In addition, highlights are overexposed layer removed, and the layer normal, light and shadow is deleted, while the midtones. The layers are then flattened to produce an image on the touch screen rather in the highlights, and nothing is lost in the shadows. Takes a little with the game in order to refine the process, but that should get you started.

I have the same effect with the film in the darkroom on a sheet of printer paper and masking care.
